Peter Lovelock is Director and co-Founder of the Technology Research Project Corporate (TRPC), an IT and telecommunication-based think-tank with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Australia. He brings more than 25 years experience in telecoms, technology and media to these undertakings, including regulatory assessments, implementation and execution projects, and due diligence and market entry strategic guidance projects throughout Asia. TRPC provides in-depth research and consulting services to leading technology companies such as Google, Netflix, Twitter, Visa, Paypal, and the like; to institutions such as the World Bank, IFC, ITU, ASEAN and APEC, ADB, and the UN; as well as for regulators regionally and globally. ; ; Dr Lovelock has been a senior strategic advisor to a number of large technology companies, and is currently a senior advisor to PECC and APEC on the APEC Ad Hoc Steering Committee on the Digital and Internet Economy initiative, and to ASEAN on OTT and cross border data flow. He sits on the board of the International Institute of Communications (IIC) and the Asia Cloud Computing Association (ACCA), among others.
