Leo Paulose serves as the Innovation Expert at Amdocs India. He is responsible for defining the innovation strategy and driving innovation across the Amdocs India centers in Pune, Gurgaon and Mumbai from an end to end perspective. He handles a diverse variety of portfolios including innovation awareness, incubation (product & service), IP generation & protection, process innovation, industry-academia collaboration, start-up scouting & partnering, in-house RQ & niche skill development and innovation thought leadership. He works extensively with global and local stake-holders including CXOs and senior leadership across the organization towards enabling top-line and bottom-line growth. He has had extensive expertise in working with telecom customers across the globe towards co-creation & co-innovation.
