I am planning a career switch from the Indian Navy to the Corporate world in July 18, after varied experience as Marine Engineer in leadership, operations, projects and HR roles. To re-orient and hone my skills, I am currently undergoing a 6-month General Management program at IIM Lucknow. I look at this forum to hear & meet the head honchos from the Indian & Foreign Industry, to help find my purpose and identify what possibilities may emerge for me in the near future.
